As the Clinical Lead at MOTUM Physiotherapy and Consulting Physiotherapist for Rugby Canada (supporting their campaign for the 2027 World Cup), Ben's career spans elite private practice, Major League Soccer (MLS), and the NHS. He holds a Master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath, specialising in complex joint and muscle injuries.

Deeply rooted in the local community, Ben also oversees medical services for Maidstone Rugby Club, supports local schools, and spends his weekends coaching youth cricket. He applies the exact same high-performance diagnostics and advanced rehabilitation techniques trusted by international athletes to help local patients of all backgrounds—from busy parents and office workers to active seniors and growing kids—recover fast and live pain-free.

Having transitioned from teaching Physical Education and Biology in 2020, James brings an advanced understanding of human anatomy and a natural ability to connect with clients. At MOTUM Physiotherapy, James bridges the gap between hands-on therapy and modern sports science by utilizing cutting-edge technology measures exact muscle strength and movement imbalances, allowing him to design highly precise recovery and injury-prevention plans.
